Natural Orange Candle

Who knew you could make a candle out of an orange? Seriously?  I actually didn't think it would work but today was dark and stormy and I just so happened to have one last orange sitting in my fruit bowl.  

This is pretty simple, you just have to peel your orange carefully.

Cut the orange across the middle, so the nubbies are on the top and bottom.

 Now very carefully peel the orange, keeping the peel intact.

 Make sure the side with the long white piece inside stays attached. This will be your wick.

Good!

Now fill the peel with a little olive oil and light the "wick"

Be patient lighting it, it may take a little longer than a regular wick but it is so worth it!
