Rosemary Bread

This bread has become a fast family favorite in our household. I found it on allrecipes.com http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Jos-Rosemary-Bread/  I find myself making it every couple of days. I love hearing "Mmmmmm, Mom made bread!" when the kids come home.

This recipe doubles easily.

Ingredients:

 
1 cup water
3 tablespoons olive oil

1 1/2 teaspoons white sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 tablespoon dried rosemary

2 1/2 cups bread flour (sub a cup with barley flour or another healthy flour)

1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

 

Directions:

 

Add to bread maker according to manufacturers directions.

Use white bread cycle.
